They rushed me first off. Did not even want to see the picture of the haircut I wanted. When she did get me in the chair. She did her own thing and she did it bad. So I got a messed up style that I was not even looking for. Everything is uneven and choppy. I could have cut my hair better myself. This place SUCKS
As a guy this place is great and cheap. I get my hair cut here by Mike and he is fast and efficient, just sit down describe with one word what you want done and presto. This is my now to go place for hair cuts.
Went in there to get a simple haircut. I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week with a specific person. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and they had me wait there for 45 minutes! Some girl was late for her appointment and the hairstylist decided to take her instead bc she was getting her hair colored...um..hello!? Are you kidding me right now? I got here on time - before time really! - and have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. So unprofessional! I just got up and left. It's pointless to make an appointment if you're not going to take care of a customer at that specified time. We all have other things to do! Not worth it. Go to Newlooks salon instead. They're friendly, take walk ins, and are very professional! A previous employee from beauty express opened up this place. Now that place is worth it! They're very kind, friendly, and professional! It literally took them 2 mins to take me..and 10 mins to cut my hair! Go there instead. They did a fabulous job!
Everyone does a good job here. I came on a prom day and so I sat there awhile bc I didn't have an appointment, which I was fine with. With that said, I was able to see everyone's work and they all do a good job!!! I use Chi but if she wasn't there I would use any of them!! Great prices too.
I went to get my eyebrows done; a friend of mine recommended to me; She doesn't know what she is doing, I gave her specific instructions of how I wanted my eyebrows done, and she didn't pay attention. Please don't waste your time or money. There are better places and for the same price.
