I will not be visiting this dealership again. I was not content on how the service adviser addressed me by asking me questions that had nothing to do with the service the dealership was to provide and he seemed very aggressive. When I received a follow up call in regards to the service provided, I voiced my concerns and provided feedback for the dealership. The next day, the service adviser called me in a very confrontational manner in regards to my concerns. This type of behavior is very unprofessional and will not be tolerated. I am the customer. I think this young man has forgotten that there are other dealerships in the Houston area that would be happy to have our business.
This is the most ridiculous place to shop for the car. I am speaking as the most trusted customer to this company. I have serviced my car here many times before, each and every time i was treated fairly and with loyalty and respect. Few years later, i have returned in here hopping to find a same satisfactions once again. Unfortunately, that was not the case, stay away from person named Frank, this guy will fool you in a matter of a second. People, read very carefully every number listed on the sale proposal. He will find a way once again to fool you. Sad, for this individual to dishonest Mercedes Ben's vale and respect for its consumers. Especially, this dealership here in Sugeralnd.
Sales process was relatively painless and to the point. I wont complain about my salesman, he was kind and very respectful. However, I did want certain items in the deal he was not able to provide at his level. Clearly he understood this and instead of trying to exhaust me as a customer and make me settle, he called in his supervisor. I then dealt with a young man named Sean Sullivan who packaged everything up exactly as I wanted without delay. As a business owner myself I can attest to their dedication to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend this dealership to others.
Total disappointment
The last two times I have had Cedric as my representative and his attitude is terrible. Mumbled toward me. I had to keep asking questions to find out about what was being done or completed on my vehicle. I also think this dealership does anything in their power to not give you a loaner car. They think and act like a Toyota dealership vs the high end they should be. Sad because I had a great experience on the sales side. I’m a Sewell girl forever now.
