worst court i've ever had to deal with the judge is a great guy but the lady's at the front desk are completely disrespectful and rude especially when you call they just act like complete bitches that would rather not take the time of day to talk with you. its time for an upgrade sugar land get some educated respectful employees.
As upset as I was for getting a ticket, the people I have spoken to over the phone have been very understanding and kind. They have explained everything in great detail and sweet.
It is what it is here. A lot of people come through and the clerks are doing their jobs. I have called as well and they are not pleasant on the phone. But, we probably should try to have compassion for them because we can assume it isn't fun dealing with the public, especially those that are angry to be there in the first place. Going there for a simple traffic citation for some on the end of the list that they call can take all day. I got there at 12:45pm didn't leave till 4:30 pm. It is due to the fact that they have to process a lot of people. Just an FYI don't speed in Sugar Land, TX ever! The crime rate is so low there, that all they do is give tickets our for speeding. Keeping things super safe that way!!
I had very sick child in my car and stop by sugar land police officer got ticket but didn't care about sick kid , just got ticket right front hospital . Just I want to know if his kids very sick and pain what he does . I have very respect for police officers . I just apology to him bcz I had speed and he saw the sick kid still took my time to gave me the ticket . God bless all women and men on blue and all soldiers fight for this great country and our president and all American .
Worst court I've ever dealt with. They simply don't care nor do they try to pretend other wise. At the end of the day all they want is to get every penny they can from you. Make sure you never get a caught by one of their speed traps... it will be the biggest headache you've ever had.
