The staff here is friendly and helpful. I'm an Amazon Prime user and I end up here returning stuff every so often and it's always quick and easy.
Can I put half star or no star? Very rude manager, associate cannot explain to me why I cannot change the deliovery address of an unused and apid return lable, he asked the "Manager" to explain to me. The first word of the manager when he showed up, reluctantly, was, "What do you want?" Ooops, very bad beginning. He said that the label can expire if unused and it is "clearly" stated in UPS' rule. I asked where the rule is and he said "You can check the website" and it is not his fault that I did not bring it in one mionth ago to change the dleivery address an dtol dme, even so, I would had to pay for the change as well. He wanted to call UPS' customer service and I did not have time to wait for an "availabel agent" so I chosed to lost the money I already apid, not much, 20 dollars but the UNSERVICE made you feel like you have lost several grands. FedEx in the future only.

I went to this location after having a terrible experience at another location where I ended up walking out with my package. The experience here was like night and day. They took excellent care of me, quick and excellent customer service. Was definitely worth driving the few extra miles.
The owners are nice, and I usually experience no wait or short wait times. I have a mailbox here and utilize their notary and shipping services several times per month. Never had a problem here.
