We were there tonite at 8pm on a thursday night, the whole place was dirty. The floor was messy, the machine were sticky and dirty, the snack containers were some empty and others had mixed toppings. There were two young girls working but they were on their cell phones from the minute we walked in to Menchie's till the minute we walked out, they didn't pay attention to us at all until we got to the register (and we were there for about 10 minutes). I love frozen yogurt but I think we would have to travel to the other location on hwy 6 and williams trace
The tables and chairs were sticky and dirty. The topping containers were dirty and sticky. The icecream is good though
