VERY upset. RE: "The Magic Flute" , an opera which was supposed to be digitally streamed LIVE from The Met out of NYC on Sat Oct 14th, this theater showed a recorded version. They advertised it as starting at 12:55 CT but it started in NYC at 12:55 which would have been 11:55 CT in Houston. They advertised it as LIVE> They did not show a LIVE version of the opera but they did charge full LIVE price which is $25. Listen, you can't have it both ways: If you are going to charge full LIVE price, then show it LIVE which means it starts at 11:55 CT. If you are going to show a recorded version then charge $5! A lot of senior citizens made the effort to get there for a LIVE performance. They had to wait an hour for a recorded performance but paid $25. That's lousy.

CORPORATE NEEDS TO INSPECT AND CONTINUE TO INSPECT THIS LOCATION!! Have chosen not to come to this location for years since the last disgusting experience. Came today, 11/26/17 for convenience of location and once again HIGHLY disappointed! The moment you come in the theatre you see the filth. On the floor, there is trash. On every counter there is smeared and old butter, popcorn and trash. There is popcorn on the area where you pick up your popcorn. There is dirt on top of the shelves by the registers. The restroom are not clean. One backed up toilet and trash cans full. The theatre was not cleaned after the last showing and had a drink smeared in the entrance of the doors where someone attempted to half clean it.

If I didn't have children with me that would be upset if we left, I would ask for a refund. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I pay to bring my family.

Literally trash everywhere in the Dolby theater; after paying the crazy amounts for movies now and Dolby, customers should at least be able to watch a movie in a clean theater. Shouldn’t every room be cleaned after a movie is done? Really really irritating .

The MANAGER should be reprimanded on how disgusting it is!!

I've been coming to this AMC for the past 10 years now. Recently the quality of this place has really took a nosedive. We went to go see a movie last night and the whole theater, from the snack bar to where the movie was showing, was TRASHED! Straws, napkins, soda lids everywhere and yet none the customers can use. I bought an overpriced soda and couldn't find a regular sized lid for it. The movie hall was dirty. The sears were dirty, dusty, torn up. One of the speakers just didn't work so a lot of the dialogues we couldn't hear. A lot of third world countries have better theatres honestly. Anyway, won't be coming back here unless it turns into a dollar theater which is what it truly is.

My hot dog was freezing cold. The whole place is depressing. It still has that old movie theatre vibe that doesn't work. They need to modernize. Take out half the theatres, put in a bowling alley. Get some good food and better theatres. Follow Santikos model from San Antonio. Those theatres rock!
