I never leave reviews but I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge Mercedes and Jeff. When I stopped in they were very helpful and very friendly as well as professional. Whenever they call to remind me about payments I'm never frustrated because it's always good to hear from good people I will continue to give you my business as long as you keep awesome employees like them recommending to all my friends!!
In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, I had to get a storage unit and rent a truck. Mercedes was amazing. I really appreciated her friendliness and the way she handled everything in such a positive and effective manner. All this while her own family was dealing with Harvey! Jeffrey was very helpful too. Great product, great staff with a great attitude. Thank you!!
It's always nice to see a friendly face such as Mercedes'. She's polite, patient, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The customer service is excellent and from walking around the entire facility, I can confidently say that it's extremely clean and well kept. This has been a hard few weeks, but being greeted at the door by Mercedes and such a friendly vibe really helped me regain focus and take a chill pill. She was very patient, and answered all the questions I had. We viewed a few spaces, and found the best fit. She truly cares about her customers and it shows. Thank you Mercedes for making this transition so much easier, and so smooth. The facility has a great location and is clean, with no flooding!!!
