I live an hour away, so Compounding Corner Pharmacy mails my prescriptions to me each month (on ice since they have to be refrigerated). I would expect the shipping cost to be much more than it is, so I believe they do not pad the cost - they charge me what it costs them...which is impressive in this day and time. The pharmacist is always available to answer my questions and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm extremely happy (otherwise I would find a compounding pharmacy closer to where I live). They are great enough for me to continue doing business with them that far away.
