Pretty good gym and basketball facilities indoors and tennis courts / pool outside. Note that this is a private area for New Territory residents only - so to be here you must be one or be a guest of a resident.

Very fine institute for residents. Architecture could be improved. Kind staff (many of them are high schoolers)
Nice place for weightlifting, aerobics, tennis, and swimming. The only problem I have with it is the youth and adult leagues they host on their basketball court. But otherwise meets my standards as a community center.
