I've lived in the area for years, and there's one woman who I've witnessed being rude every time I've been in there (which isn't that often).

I always use the post office to mail my items for years and never have any problem. It's very fair when you use their service and they provided suplies. I don't understand why peoples would write reviews on here saying this post office trash every where, rude, and they want to sell tape for $4.00...etc. first, the trashes are customer leave it every where after packed their boxes and don't know how to pick up their own trashes! And the trash can is next to them. Second, when peoples don't get what they want, they would called that employee was rude. Third, tape are complimentary if you send express or priority, PO will provided free boxes, free tapes, free address labels. If you want the cheapest route on earth, they sell a roll of tape for $3.29 for your convenience..not free. Stop been so dirt cheap and want everything free!! YES Fedex/UPS will give you free tape and will charge you triple for shipping.. Go there to mail your stuff next time and don't go to the post office for cheap price and still complaint!!!

They don't seem to have any process in place to deal with lost mails. A very carefree approach to almost everything.

Actually, NO Stars!. I stopped by the curb-side mail box 11:15 this morning. The box was absolutely belching mail from the neck! Certainly this box had not been attended in the last 24 to 30 hours! Guess no one thought it important to go out and collect the mail. Also, impossible to contact anyone by phone. The messaging system is an aggravating, useless bureaucratic waste of time.

The worst USPS in the entire Houston, Sugar Land and Richmond area. No kidding! Time after time, and visit after visit, the staff have proven to be the slowest and unhappiest bunch ever. Lines are terribly long here too. If you place items in the kiosk by 6pm ( their closing time), forget it. They won't take it till the next day. Will not return. Save your gas and drive to other locations.

PS: seems like the staff are all siblings they migrated on the same plane from India!

The rating is coming from when my keys got stolen (car keys, house keys, mail key) and I went in to get a new mail key. I had recently moved so I hadn't changed my address on my driver's license yet, so I was prepared to show proof. My lease was signed electronically and the woman wouldn't even look at it, saying that it wasn't a lease. How can she know it's not a lease if she didn't even look at it? She then said something to the other woman and they both started laughing. So I still couldn't get a mail key, so the property manager of my townhouse is taking care of it.
