We have been staying here for the last two months. We certainly enjoyed it because of the convenience of its closeness to the hospital,mall,restaurant,my church, heb grocery etc.It is our last day today ,we are moving to indiana in Jeffersonville. I would like to come back here when the weather gets really bad in indiana. The manager is very kind and friendly,not very strict.The road needs improvement as well as the laundry area.I felt safe and I had time to walk.
Wonderful experience, the park is small but the manager was super friendly and helpful. It is a pet friendly place. Cost was great since utilities are included. Close to Houston for shopping. We have stayed here several times over the last 4 years and I will again.
Quite and friendly at a very low cost... Monthly rates are very fair... Laundry facilities 4 washers 4 dryers 1.25 wash 1.00 dry. Swimming pool. Bath facilities 3 showers. Wonderful manager. Its Not the KOA... not the slums either... Pretty decent for the savings and convenient location.
Older park, perfectly situated by Southwest Freeway, super convenient to Houston, Sugar Land and Rosenberg, THE BEST MANAGER EVER! I've stayed in way more expensive parks and not gotten the service we have here. Janet is not only a great person, who does anything for everyone, but is now a great friend. Would stay here forever if we could. Thank you Janet. The owners should give her a raise. Whomever would leave a bad review for this place obviously can't follow park rules or is just a bitter person. Best price, best location, quiet, no theft. What more could you ask for?
Instead of a diamond surrounded by the rough... This is more like rough surrounded by diamonds... Little gravel road trailer park right on the edge of Greatwood subdivision... How they allow this thing to still be here while the development of much much higher end and nicer places around it is beyond me.
