went today with a pair of sunglasses i bought 5 months ago expecting the run around and to have to at least pay the 50% one time replacement they have and left with a free replacement pair under warranty. Super happy about it and great service from Rosie. Would recommend dealing with her if you are purchasing from this location. I will definitely be buying from her again in the future for my sunglasses needs.
The manager Melba is mean and rude. Shows no customer service to be a manager.
Here at 7:30pm and the doors are locked.. No sign stating when they will return.. They are supposed to be open until 9PM. Called the # listed just goes busy.. Seems like I'm not the only one this happened to from the other reviews.
No one home! I stopped by around 1pm on a Wednesday to shop for sunglasses for a birthday present and the door is locked and no signs of life inside. There are no signs on the doors or windows to indicate business hours, but Google says they're open 10am-9pm. I tried to call their phone # but only got busy signal each time. I guess the proprietor doesn't need to business, so I'll take mine elsewhere.
I originally purchased a pair of Oakley Whiskers from a local Sunglass Hut in town with a 10% discount coupon. A couple weeks after they were dropped into the Galveston Bay. I then returned to the Sugar Land location to purchase a BRAND NEW pair of the same glasses. Greeted by two managers Melva & Rociel, I happily explained my situation with my original receipt expressing that I was a returning customer prepared to make the exact same purchase. Shortly into my story I asked what it would take to be granted the same 10% discount, hopfully in understanding for my loss. Both managers treated me as if I was a low-class individual just looking for a free-bee. One of the managers completely turned and ignored my story as I mentioned the word "discount". Regardless of the fact that I was a returning customer and that they had no sympathy for my loss, management simply "could not issue coupons at this time" I then walked over 30 yards to another Sunglass Hut location in the same mall greeted by manager Sharon Rodriguez, whom i then explained my situation to and was easily and happily granted the same 10% discount (all I was asking for). Am extremely disappointed in the way "lead" management treated me as a repeat customer at this location.
