I don't think I could ever stress enough how glad I am to have a bank where I can walk in and deposit/withdrawal cash or cash my check, even if it is 5-10 minutes after closing on Christmas Eve, or any other ol' day of the week. This Chase definitely earns it's 10/10 for customer service, and all around friendliness.
Not only do they obviously discriminate, but the customer service was horrible. I just walked in gor a replacement card and was told to sit down. I have my scrubs on, so clearly they could see that i am a nurse, but i guess because i had on my Breast Cancer Awareness bandana on my head they didnt want to take care of me. A couple came in after me, as well as an Asian lady and both were seen before me. I just walked out. Horrible service.
