Management has changed and now they have excellent service! Awesome experience, food, and environment. Definitely recommend this location.
If you are black, this is your place!! Fast friendly service with a smile! If not, go somewhere else! You will wait forever. The staff will not be rude, just inattentive and ridiculously slow. The manager doesn't seem to mind.
wasn't allowed to have a beer at the bar while ordering take out. The country fried steak was terrible and the corn muddy have been cooked yesterday. It'll be a long time before I go back.
Slow service. Mediocre food. Too bad. Chili's used to be good.
For both of my visits I had the same server; I think her name is Eranda (at least that is what the receipt says). Both times she was so nice, always had a smile ear to ear and knew what was on/off the menu. She offered cups to take our drinks to go too, which to me is always one of those simple, small things that is up and beyond. I have really enjoyed her service which led to this review. I typically do not ever review anything. But Great Job Eranda- keep up the wonderful service!
I'm not sure why others had such a different experience than I have but both times I have been to this location I have had great service. And fyi, I'm white (to the person that reviewed that only blacks recieve good service).
