Being the steak lover that I am, thought of trying this place. 1st time I was not impressed. second time thought it was slightly better. Third time was not any better. Quite honestly, Del Friscos and Pappas Steakhouse is 100 Times better!! This place is disappointing!!

Food quality needs improving. Waiter did not come back to see if the steak was cooked correctly until almost finished with meal. Shrimp was over cooked, crab cakes swim in butter. Desserts were tiny and overpriced.
Good customer service isn't about "if" the business makes a mistake, it's about how the business deals with their mistakes.
I believe great service isn't dependent on flawless perfection, but dependent on care and compassion.
First time visit: Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Check in was swift and pleasant. The seating was intimate and classy. Our waiter, Mr. Aaron was a delight as well. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He was full of suggestions and was very patient with my sister and I. Our drinks were tasteful. Our appetizers Fried asparagus & Bacon Wrapped scallops = Amazing. I enjoyed a very well-prepared Prime rib & Sister enjoyed a NY strip steak, king crab Mac & Cheese, and creamed spinach. We weren't able to enjoy dessert but we will surely return. Casual and romantic. Family friendly. Perfect for small engagements. Private rooms available. Overall great experience. Looking forward to next time already. Enjoy.
Perry's has a great selection of whiskey, could however use a stronger pour. Maybe it's different in Texas, but in New England a shot is 1.5 ounces and a glass is 4 ounces. Burger was sent back for cold center, however I did ordered extra rare and perhaps this was what I asked for. I was apologized to by the manager and was treated with respect and understanding.
If you come for wine, steak and the atmosphere, you will leave satisfied. I did not, and the extremely small serving sizes of sea bass for an inflated price was not to my liking. Great ambiance with obscure music, that I would rather not hear, did not make for what I call a great experience either... My wife loved it, so maybe I'm too critical. At any rate, if you crave succulent steak or want to spend an excessive amount of money on small servicings, Perry's is definitely the place for you!
Vic and Anthony's does a way better job!! Same price point
