Very displeased with their customer service and understanding. I scheduled a party for my daughter and on the day,of her party everyone canceled. I called to get my deposit used toward services just for my daughter and they wouldnt do it! They said I can still bring her in for a pedicure but I would have to pay $32 ON TOP OF THE $65 DEPOSIT! What a way to contribute to devistating a 7 year old on her birthday!
Worst place it says open until 8 but they close at 6pm such unprofessional staff! I drove all way here in such bad rain and still won't take me because I came at 5:50pm. I do not recommend this place and never coming back again
I had an awful experience with sweet and say in Cypress Texas. The staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
No-fuss haircuts for boys at a very reasonable price.
Not really what i expected. Cute for very little girls. Not really catering to girls over 5 because none of the gift sections have sizes to cater to them. I like the stations that allow creativity. We are not going back. Just didn't get that welcome feeling. No real hands on customer service. These are kids and im spending allot of money to have a good time.
