I had booked a car that seats 5 people online. I got there and they only had something that seats 4 in the same category as the size I booked. In my experience with other car rental s, I would have been given a free upgrade. They however insisted that I pay for an upgrade. I found this a bit shocking. Besides that, everything went smoothly.

I would recommend Enterprise Sugar Land to anyone that is looking for great customer service. The team here wants to make sure your needs are met and they give you the best options and support from beginning to end. They make it hard to say goodbye!

AMAZING customer service!! Went their after my accident feeling very lost. The staff was so nice. They wanted to do whatever they could to make me happy again giving me a selection of great cars and astounding service. You know good customer service when you see it and this location is GREAT. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Damir, Cynthia and the team for this experience. I will be coming back! (for a better reason next time haha)

On 11/6, I went to this location (Sugar Land Hwy 6) at 4:30 pm, to book a car and a home pick up for the following day at 9:00 am. At 9:15 am when they had not called or arrived, I called the branch to check when they were going to pick me up. Cynthia the Branch manager answered the phone. I explained the reason for the call & gave my reservation id # which she looked up. She then stated that the office had attempted to call and confirm the pickup last night & left a message on my home phone and since I did not return the call last night they assumed I had changed my mind. I assured that I was home all night and the phone did not ring and there was no message left, furthermore since I had come in personally and set this up why would one assume I had changed my mind. I told her that as a loyal past customer, the level of service experienced at this location was lacking. Cynthia responded by telling me that if I was not happy with the service at this location, I could go to another location. Shocked that she would respond this way I attempted to say as much and she hung up. I would not recommend this location. I have experienced great service with Enterprise in the past but at the moment, I am without a car & Enterprise has failed me.

Customer service was good. They picked me up a little late, but apparently their drivers only show up at 9AM. Not sure why they wouldn't start their shift when the location opens, but okay.. I had a 9AM pick up time and they came at 9:15 or so. Not a big deal. The car they gave me was a bit of an upgrade, so I think that made up for it. Overall, decent experience. Wouldn't mind coming here again.
