Tommy and Jen Wellings Allstate agency is an amazing team .... they treat me with care and genuinely have a passion for helping their clients with honesty and integrity. For someone like me who doesn't understand much of anything about insurance at all - they are so good at explaining things, answering questions, and helping me figure out how much coverage we needed and not over insuring ourselves. They are so down to earth,easy to talk to, and genuinely care about their clients. Their team is organized and so on top of things - I never have to worry that anything was missed or forgotten. One less thing to worry about this team works well together and has completely earned my trust and peace of mind ! Highly recommend them!
The Welling Allstate agents are absolutely awesome!! They are extremely knowledgeable, and welcome their clients with open arms for anything that they need. They not only help you with any needs, they also follow up with you on anything you need and are going through. For example, my husband had an accident while out of town on business. Everything seemed impossible to handle. However, the Welling team jumped in with both feet, and handled everything!! We are blessed and couldn't ask for a better insurance company!! So many folks have a really hard time finding or dealing with insurance. I urge anyone that's interested in Allstate to put your trust in the Welling team! You will not ever regret it

Excellent customer service! Actually talked to a real person that explained to me terms of insurance I didn't understand fully. Ronnie was very educational and made it feel as if I were "In Good Hands". They helped me get the best price and made it seem so easy.
