I've worked with Cristy Caruthers State Farm for over six years. I've been very happy with this agency. They are very responsive whenever I need information for any reason. They've done a great job making sure I have the appropriate amount of insurance, and they've worked with me to assess the risk / reward of using higher deductibles. As far as I'm concerned, they are true finance professionals, which is exactly what I want in an insurance agency. By the way, I"m not related to the other poster!
If I could give a zero star! Do not do business with this agent or State Farm I was quoted a six month policy! Every month I am auto drafted a different amount. This is fraud and unacceptable business practices. Do not do business at this office. I was told good luck trying to get a refund and was hung up on. For one car Jan billed $203.40 Feb billed 256.38 March 340.42 are you serious!!!
