The absolute worse! They just lost a $266.00 pant and are telling me I must have misplaced it!!!
Went to this cleaners just yesterday and found out its owned by new owners now and I aboustley love the cleaning its way better than it use to be! Very good experience and definitely will be recommending this cleaners to anyone
We have been using this cleaners for about 8 to 10 years. When we first started using them, they were very good. Lately the service has become terrible. It is not uncommon for all of the clothes not to be ready as promised. They misplace our clothes and take at least a week to find them. They also give us someone else's clothes. We will no longer be using them. If you are smart, you will not either.
THE CLEANING QUALITY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN IT USE TO BE!
This company is a scammers, i gave them my kid coat that had a pen mark on it and i got back with a huge stain on it and you can see that they been trying to remove it but instead its end up with big blue stain. So i got no apology and i had to pay $6.99 for that and plus i have to pay cash and they refuse to give me a receipt. If you have valuable closes don’t go there because they will ruin it and will ask you to pay for it.
