Did not starch clothes. Asked for extra-heavy, got no starch. Lady went on angry rant over the phone, then man-splained how starch works to a "kid" (I'm 30). Accused me of lying more than once. DO NOT go here. Spent way to much to be yelled at. The lady working the earlier shift actually scares me. Not at all helpful. NOT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS STARCH OR PLEATS. They will not put them on. Treated me as an inconvenient liar when asking what I needed to do to rectify the situation.
Very professional
Not pleased with the cleaning received. Customer service was fine. Brought in expensive clothes to be cleaned per the labels. Items came back with wrinkles and unironed sleeves. Jackets looked rumpled. Not at all pleased! Items will need to be redone now before my employer can wear them. At least they didn't run them.
