I came here to purchase a birthday cookie/cake for my dog and I couldn't be more happier. The staff was very helpful and did a good job explaining where things were and how the shop is laid out. Prices were definitely on the higher side compared to the large box stores but they only sell high quality food and treats here so that is expected. Will definitely return again.
Have shopped many times at the Bellaire location which is ok. Walked in today to the sugar land location to grab some food real quick and there where no prices on any of the food. I popped over to the next aisle to ask the associate working there what the price was and she guessed it was 16.99 or 18.99, Which isn't really helpful if the associate doesn't know the prices, I don't know the prices and there's no price as marked! how am I supposed to compare and choose what food I want to get? When I appeared confused on the lack of pricing and inquired as to how I was supposed to choose and compare. she said well you just ask us the price. What? So bizarre. Walked out and went to Whole Foods instead.
