Be careful taking your fur baby here. The groomers are inconsistent. Some good and some horrible. Depends on who they give you. One groomer took over an hour with attention to detail and another groomer only took 20 minutes and the cut was horrible. It looks like they took scissors, chopped all of his hair off, and then called me for pick up. My dog appeared traumatized and kept scratching his skin. My child was in tears when he saw his dog.
I would never take my furry family members anywhere else! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you like a regular customer even if it's your first time. The cookies are baked in house and are absolutely adorable. Try this place! You won't regret it!
I took my 2 labradoodles today, for the first time and they did an amazing job, customer service was great, the groomers make sure to consult with me with everything the dogs needed or the best thing to do, before doing it. And overall they did a wonderful job for such a hairy, difficult dog as a labradoodle. And the best thing, the price was fair.
This place is great! They have a huge selection of some of the best dog and cat food you can't find at other major pet stores like PetSmart and PetCo, and they even make their own treats, seriously, the store smells like fresh baked cookies every time I visit, it's amazing. Our puppy loves the Bully Sticks that they sell and loves picking out her own toys when we take her shopping. The groomers are very kind and know what they are doing, they are very gentle with our 16 week old puppy when bathing her and doing her nails, I can tell she enjoys herself whenever she is here. The only downside to this store is the parking, being in a busy shopping center it can be hard to find a good spot and people fly through the parking lot but that is not the fault of the store.
I give this place 5 stars for the hard work they do here. My dog loves coming here, when I bring him for his grooming he runs up to the employees and gets excited to see them. When I see that I believe that they are treating him with love and kindness. The groomers here are so good and hard working, they know my dog here so well and know exactly what hair cut he gets every time. I promise you if you take your dog here you will not regret it, I have been taking him here for over a year and they have never messed up on my dog. TAKE YOUR DOG HERE AND YOU WILL BE INPRESSED.
