A favorite spot for me as far as chain restaurants go. Easy going atmosphere with lots of televisions to watch in comfortable booths. Great customer service. Delicious food every time. Love their deep dish pizzas.
Delicious food and great service. They're open late, so that was a plus on this busy night when we came. We've been here a few times and always walked away satisfied. There are so many meals to choose from, and the dining area is huge that we either are sat immediately or wait just a few minutes. I love that I can earn points for free or discounted meals. Their app is cool.
Huge menu. Large beer selection (a dozen or more their own). Everything we've ever ordered has been very good or great. Burgers, salads, soup, ribs, appetizers, desserts. It remains popular (long waits, sometimes), and consistent (food and, most importantly, service staff). Look at the menu online; if you see something you ever eat, try it here, once. I bet you'll like it.
P.S. Not the first time I've dealt with the unfriendly front of house at this particular BJ's, but it will definitely be the last.
Great food and wait staff. Good relaxing music played while friendly conversation flowed but it wasn't too loud. TVs are playing sports and the decor becons the eye. A little pricy but worth it. Try the calamari! It is delicious.
Off night at BJ's last night. Even considering it was Black Friday, they still dropped the ball- many times. The hostess was unfriendly and unconcerned that we hadn't been seated in 40 minutes. After complaining to the manager, he "cleaned up" a table for us, but the floor was full of food. He tried wiping it up with a napkin but left a lot hoping we wouldn't see it. I asked if he had a broom to get that slop up, and he seemed generally offended that I didn't want to step in half-eaten food. He did take our drink order and appetizer order, because the server was overwhelmed. Throughout the rest of the night, they would forget to bring stuff, and we would have to remind both the manager and our server several times. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them matters more. Overall, the service at this restaurant indicates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
