Spent $100.00 on NOTHING!! Just on getting my Skin Damaged!! And them having spend more money to Correct it by going to a Dermatologist!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
I had a noon appointment scheduled today & arrived to find the doors locked & lights out. I waited a few minutes just in case they had briefly stepped out, but no one showed. I'm so glad I am only out $89. I cannot imagine spending any more than that on a business that can't manage a phone call to say that they need to reschedule my appointment(s). Needless to say I will not be returning for my other treatments. If you are considering Forever Young for your beauty needs I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. If I can't trust them with a phone I'm certainly not going to trust them with my body.

I went in for the Vela Shape and got a Horrible break out on my stomach, that lasted 4 months even after I went to the Dermatologists! I went back and told the Manager, all she offered at the time was a refund that could take me up to 1-3 months to get back! Because they claimed that the owner was out of the country and could Not contact her! So the Manager also offered me to get a different service, I tried the Pot.. that did Not even make me sweat and only Burned my Skin! So I asked if I can just get my refund! The Manager then suggested that I can get 3 Microdermabrasions done.. So I agreed! Thinking that can not go wrong! I had 1 done and it was fine. A few weeks later I called to Schedule my 2nd Microdermabrasion and the Employee that I spoke to "Connie" said, that I would have to pay for any more services that I would want to get!! So I asked to speak to the Manager, and she stated that the Manager was out of town for 1 month and the Owner would be out of the Country for 2 months!! I asked for a Corporate office phone number or an Email to contact Anyone above them.. and she stated that she Can Not give out any of that Information!!!!
