The person on the other side of the phone was clearly having a bad day, inpatient, and very rude.
I treated my husband and myself to a couples massage for father's day. The therapists were friendly and explained the process with us. Both massage therapist did a great job and created a relaxing experience.
She went on to say that she "would prefer giving us a refund" base on the fact that they are only paid 50% from Groupon customer's not once did my gf ask for a refund she only wanted to schedule and the lady over the phone insistently request us to refund.
My experience is one that comes from 'the boy friend point of view' - and since it was my birthday my Girlfriend felt like getting us both massages at this location using discounted price from Groupon. It all went bad when she tried scheduling us in for a meeting on Friday June 9th.
