I have been storing at First Colony Self Storage for over 4 years. I moved to California and have come back to ship my stuff in storage to California. The storage looks as clean and well kept as it did 4 year ago. Robert & Nancy are still the managers there and are still giving amazing customer service. They came out of their apartment after hours (they live on the property) to help me get in as I forgot my code. They told me they had been there for over 12 years. What a nice surprise when I opened my unit after four years thinking it might smell, but it did not, weren't any bugs and really very little dust. Just think about it, receiving just as good customer service when you are moving out as the customer service I got the day I moved in. Great storage, none better, not even in California.
