Joyce is so sweet! From answering our questions to showing us the sizes of the storage rooms when we first came over 5 years ago to closing our account due to not needing it anymore, she has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and took her time to answer all the questions we had. Although we currently don't need the storage anymore, we may just drop by in the future to visit just to see her smiling face. If we need storage space in the future, we will surely come to Joyce again.
Great customer service. The young lady that was there, Lyndsay, was very helpful. I had a lot of question and she pointed me in the right direction. I ended up not getting a storage room but I won't deny the customer service. Thanks Lyndsay!
