Rude! Expensive! Not a good doctor...even not a good human
Very Unsatisfied with 1st time visit. 55min wait in lobby. 45 min in patient room. No respect or care for patient condition & time.
Dr. Ali and staff are incompetent. During the 4 years I have been her patient I have tolerated waiting hours to see her b/c I thought she was thourogh. I switched to seeing her nurse after I spoke with her about the length of time she takes to see her patients b/c she refused to acknowledge what I was telling her and treated me as though I was exaggerating. She is clueless to what her patients endure. She does like to make you take responsibility for her decisions. Ex: she refused to refill my prescriptions b/c I would not come in for a three month blood test. She refused to accept her part in my inability to access my medication. She treats you as though you're her child and she is parenting you rather than being an ethical physician. And now I wait... I have a prescription that they failed to send the pharmacy and are refusing to fill due to after hours. If you want a dr. That cares about her bottom line and not your health then choose her. I'd advise against the time you will waste.
Nope. I don't recommend anyone to visit Dr Shanaz. Find someone else trust me

Dr. Ali is a great doctor. She makes me feel very comfortable and is patient and understanding.. She answers all my questions and explains them thoroughly. Dr. Ali recently squeezed me in at the last minute on a Friday so I could receive surgery on Monday as the pre-surgery team dropped the ball. I have been seeing Dr. Ali for a number of years.
Was in 8:45am, left there 11:45am, Dr see me for 10min.
