My husband brought home the most gorgeous arrangement for my birthday and I was excited to find out it was from this shop as I have not made a purchase with them. It was to my utter disappointment to find everything completely withered and wilted this morning. I asked if they mentioned this being an older arrangement (aka won't last many days after purchase) and he said no. The Lily's and hydrangeas looked so bad I just had to throw it out. Not even a full 24 hours since he bought them and the arrangement was trashed. Really disappointed in the quality

I had to send a last-minute arrangement for a birthday and they were able to get it delivered the same afternoon that I called! I had spoken with the manager, Holly, and she had assured me that they would take excellent care of the order for me. They did and the recipient loved her flowers and said they were just beautiful.
