I got to this club at about 7:15am for tire rotation. Met with the tire & battery attendant and he asked for my business or plus membership card and I said I don't have one. Then he said I should present my membership (regardless of the category).

Sam's club has 5 star from me but that tire and battery attendant is evil and does not deserve to represent Sam's club or any business.

There were lines, but another lane was opened and I saw a manager actively helping customers. Many things I wanted to see, but I was short on time.

Our bulk buy option, mostly cleaning supplies. Customer service is almost always lacking and checking out not so expedient. Inventory comes and goes and then randomly returns in some cases. Still I remain loyal.

I'm currently getting the tire rotation at another club (it's still 8:30am) with no questions asked.

He rang the card and claimed that my membership would expire today and requested that I renew it for $45 + $55 (for business or plus membership) which I declined. He said he can't attend to me until 10am and pointed me to the exit door.

Today i had the worst customer service experience. I bought a PS4 Pro from the Stafford branch which was a big mistake. It had previously been used and the member service rep told me it was brand new system and the box was just torn up a bit. I tried returning it at this location since it was closest to where i live and the members service rep was understanding and helpful and was trying to do the return until someone from behind the desk overheard what was going on and decided to check the system. She got someone from the electronics department to check the system to make sure everything was there. Which is understandable and i commended that action, but then the serial numbers didn't match and she decided not to do the return and didn't offer an explanation why. I told them that it was very inconvenient for me to drive all the way over to that branch to make the return and she didn't show any empathy and just looked down on me for no apparent reason. Maybe it had to do with my race or the way i was dressed but I've never had someone from customer service be so rude and condescending. Today was the first day of being a member and even got a credit card with them but after this experience i will never give Sam's club any of my business.

Good variety of items that I almost always find what I need. In those few instances that I needed assistance, the employees I dealt with have checked to find answers in order to help me. This store offers good prices, and occasionally put items on clearance so you get unbelievably great deals. They added another self-checkout counter, but during those times that lines are really long, I just use the Scan & Go app, which is super convenient and easy to use. When I had to return something, I found that the Customer Service people have been easy to deal with; I never had any issues at all. Most of all, being a business member, I love Sam's Club's cash rewards system.
