We have been clients of Nora Anne's for YEARS. They are always extremely helpful, courteous and quick. I think they deserve 10 stars!
I originally ordered a bouquet from another place they "forgot to make" and no longer had the flowers needed to fulfill my order. So I canceled.
They did AMAZING!!! Last second, working with me, hand in hand creating a bouquet on the fly and it turned out absolutely beautiful... 3 days later the flowers have bloomed more, and my now Fiancee is still sending me pictures of them saying wow!
I cannot express truly how much I love this florist! With me being from Michigan, I wanted to send my sister flowers on her birthday to express how much I missed her and after ordering from a larger company, they called me late afternoon saying they would need to cancel the order! I was so upset and called four different local shops desperately to find someone who could deliver my sister flowers. After several attempts of no one being able to deliver that late in the day, I called Nora Anne's. Amy was so sympathetic and told me she would personally deliver the flowers since their driver was no longer in that area!! Her kindness and the assurance they would take good care of my sister's delivery was all that I needed to know that this florist shop was above all the rest!
Nora Anne is so skilled! She made the bouquets, boutonnieres/corsages, and flower girl pomander for our wedding. After meeting with her and going over flower ideas in the shop, we felt more than comfortable trusting her to come up with the final design with the best flowers. The flowers we received were gorgeous! We could not have been happier!
I can't say enough about Nora and her great staff at Nora Anne's Flower Shoppe!! When my first daughter got married in 2010 we were overwhelmed with all the wedding stuff. We chose Nora's because we loved how she did all the flowers at our church, St. Theresa's. When we met with her we immediately knew we had the right florist. Nora's warmth and friendliness put us at ease. She had great suggestions and soon knew exactly what we wanted. That night when we walked into the venue it was breathtaking!! Absolutely beautiful!!
Unfortunately of late, we've had many deaths in the families of our co-workers. Their Peace Lilies are FABULOUS! I still have one from my step-father's passing 2 years ago! But all arrangements are star quality!
When my second daughter got engaged last year, it was no question. We once again called on Nora to get us through it. I must say this daughter was a little more challenging because she knew what she wanted. That didn't rattle Nora one bit. She was nothing but pleasant and helpful the entire time! She sat and listened and then went straight to work offering us everything we needed. Her expertise in flowers is what makes business so successful!
I must say my daughters venue was at The Bell Tower on 34th and it was spectacular thanks to Nora's quality work AND presentation. She had a bridal table of 30 and we were a little worried how to pull it off, but it was perfect!! Thank you Nora for another successful and beautiful wedding!! I only wish I had another daughter for you to work your magic and impress! We are all so happy to have chosen you!!
I had to stop in here and get a bouquet at the last minute, close to closing time, on a Saturday and in a rush to get them delivered to the restaurant for that night that I was going to purpose.
Service, Quality, Friendly, AND a good price! This place was everything it seems you can't find anywhere anymore!
I want to drive all the way to Texas just to hug Amy and personally thank her! I will be ordering again from Nora Anne's again and would HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Amy!
