The employees were very helpful and friendly. They acknowledged my family entering the store and asked if we had anything we were looking for in particular. I told them we were looking for a specific sofa. They were happy with that and helped us find the one we were looking for. We bought it and it was delivered just a few days later. The kitchen table we bought at the same time was delivered shortly after Hurricane Harvey. Both items are good quality for the price. We are very pleased with every aspect of their customer service.
I didn't know they had so many finance options to buy mattresses and furniture. I will go back with my husband to buy and I will recommend Alan to family and friends.

We purchased over $8k in furniture for your new house including the Marsilona dining table. I spilled water on it and immediately cleaned it up. Despite that, it still warped. I called my the store and because it is a manufacturer defect, they "cannot assist" me. A table should withstand everyday wear and it be able to hold up. I've never had a table warp after spilling water on it and IMMEDIATELY cleaning it up. Never, ever will I purchase ANYTHING from Ashley, and I urge others not to as well. Regardless of how much you spend, they could care less in keeping a customer. Please shop somewhere else where the customer and keeping a customer's business is important. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
