I love HEB but whoever had the brilliant idea to rearrange the store right before Thanksgiving and not bother to change the aisle markers needs to be thumped on the nose really hard. This is one of the.busiest shopping days where overcrowding is already a problem and now y'all made it worse by preventing.shoppers from shopping efficiently b/c we didn't know where the.heck anything was. Not cool rosenberg HEB, not cool.
This is the nastiest dirtiest HEB with some of the rudest employees of any HEB in the State of Texas!!! Today is the very last time i will ever go back into this HEB!! The deli is ALWAYS dirty and disgusting and the people who work in it always act like you are bothering them by asking them to slice a piece of meat on their dirty slicers! I love HEB and have shopped in many of their stores throughout Texas. This store happens to be closest to my home so I have overlooked and forgiven many offenses over the years but not any more! THIS STORE AT 99 AND 69 IS AN ABSOLUTE STAIN ON THE COMPANY'S GOOD NAME AND REPUTATION!!
Every time I visit this store it's clean, organized, different tasting on Saturday. The employees are friendly and helpful. A big thank you to employee Michelle.
We ordered our wedding flowers and our wedding cake from HEB Riverpark. We were very happy with both. The cake was exactly what we wanted and delicious! The flowers were beautiful! Veronica was so patient, easy to work with, hepful, thorough, and we were so happy with all of the arrangements, bouquets, and corsages. I will definitely recommend HEB to everyone.
The deli has a pretty, wide variety. Store variety in general is good but they didn't have an item I was looking for. Would have been five stars except for the customers, it's a little chaotic and courtesy is in rare supply.
