Great Indian market. If you are not familiar with the items, there is not much help from the employees. They are mostly at the registers or in the back where the bazaar is located. There is a good variety of Indian food, spices, veggies, drinks and snacks. They also have fresh and frozen foods.
They have lots of spices that other stores do not offer. The Indian products are good and they have freshly prepared foods to go. Lots of excellent vegetables.
Good place for Indian grocery shopping. People are friendly and reasonably priced items. Big shop and carry all Indian groceries.
Worst store- plenty groceries; overly priced; no customer service at all- no help if you can't find something. Fresh vegetables not so fresh. The snack bar (sort of), food sometimes not covered properly. They weigh the food ; but customers cannot see the screen; customers have to take their word as to how much something weighs and they charge customers per lb of something BUT the item does not weigh a lb. No way for you to verify. Had bad experiences couple of times at the snack counter at the back where kitchen is; especially with the short haired stocky woman. Tried to reach Mr. Anil who is Manager; he never comes to the phone. There are plenty other similar layout stores that one can now go to-- why go to those stores where the store wants to make money but does not want to deliver goods appropriately to the price charged.
You will not miss your grocery store from India if you shop here. The store only carries vegetarian items and is fairly cheaper than any other grocery store in Missouri City, Sugarland or Stafford and is of good quality. The store has a snack shop in it and serves fresh snacks in the evening. You might get the previous day's prepare, if you buy in the morning.
