This is a wonderful place that was very accommodating to my last minute request. Glinda (the good witch) was wonderful and gave a great massage. Next time I’m in Houston, I will be back

Authenticity all the way! True Indian based yoga ashtanga and Iyengar. Lovely staff, good energy and Dr. Reddy is so knowledgeable in Ayurveda. You are truly in good hands. A bit of India in the heart of sugar land!
Great Ambience and welcoming staff! I would say it is one of the best Ayurvedic Wellness Center in Houston! The customer service was awesome, the trainers were very knowledgeable and give their best every time.

Happy to find the hidden gem. This place is heaven for a soothing massage. Been here on a Saturday and my time hasn't done down the drain. Haven't tried out their yoga sessions. Would be back!
