Really packed after work but thats expected. They started locking the different grips so you cant change them or rotate them to your station. There are only three racquetball courts and only two worth playing on.
Except for a few people up front, they hire major way to many di*kheads there. I would like to slap some of them. Way too packed with 10 dollar members, meanwhile those that actually paid good money can't find a machine or bench to use because of all the teens...
Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff, and a membership fee that is hard to beat. I tend to go at night and it is fairly well-lit and still active enough for people to feel safe. There are enough equipment and area to accommodate the masses.
Okay I'm trying so hard not to use profanity right now. I just got out using a guest pass on the first day let me say worst customer service ever. The woman helping me was so pushy. I came for one class and I wanted to try the other classes to see what they have to offer but the woman kept saying "you already try one so I thought you like it so why not sign up now." I kept saying the same thing I want to see what other classes do you have to offer then I'll make a decision then she accuse me of just using a guest pass not wanting to sign up. You know what fitness connection you just made my decision way easier. Keep the rest of the 4 days of the guest pass I have left because I'm gone. Signing up with 24 hour I rather pay extra with them them be treated the way I did today.
Lots of equipment, but gets very busy after the work day. I try to come in around 4:30 AM, pretty much have the gym to myself
