A wonderful experience today with Loreal and Julie who took care of my pedi while my color set! Seriously a raging fan! I had a great experience 4 for 4 now. This place smels wonderful, friendly environment, tons of professional talent and great products! Its a treat everytime.

Been going to Grace for my brows since my freshman year of high school. I'm in college now and don't live nearby, and I've been trying to find someone as a good as her but can't! She is amazing and I always try to visit when I'm in town. The spa itself is really nice and clean also. I got my makeup and hair done there for prom and I loved it!
Guessing Beauty Indulgence does not need/want to sell products in store. Another tidbit? Leaned over the open boxes and believed I saw the product I was looking for. Not sure, but it looked like it! Moral of the story?

Walk into Beauty Indulgence to purchase product. Employee in area unpacking new products. One person sitting in lobby. Quiet.
She: It only comes in the 33.8 large size.
Me: Do you have any of the Blue Malva Conditioner in the 8.5 oz. size?
She: OK.
I have been going to this salon off and on for the past 10 years. I recently went back for color correction and am in LOVE with my new color. They truly have the best customer service. Cant wait to go back for my cut this Saturday!
The above review is specifically with the business practice, not with my stylist. Buyer beware at the the front counter charges. Ripoff. Two things. (A) I only get my highlights done at BI now that my stylist has left there. When my colorist asked if I wanted a blow dry after highlights, I said "sure" not knowing that there would be a charge. When I went to pay, the front counter told me the blow dry was $30+. $30+ for a blow dry!? They tried to justify that part of that charge was for the shampoo/conditioner. I explained that the shampoo/conditioner was already part and parcel with the $135 I paid for the highlights and would they consider a reduction. They would not budge on the price. Ridiculous. Double dipping IMO. (B) Today I cashed in $36 (on very full/$ rewards card) towards $63+$71 of new product and was told (after the transaction had been completed) that the more expensive of the two products was not eligible for my next reward card. What? So I basically purchased $35 worth of product I didn't get credit for. I'll be buying my hair products somewhere else from now on. The front desk/business doesn't give two hoots about customer service. Just their bottom dollar.
