All I can say is wow, what an experience. I had been having a lot of tightness in my right shoulder and was very uncomfortable. Last night I couldn’t take it anymore and started researching local day spas and massage therapy places. Most reviews were in the high 3-stars to low 4-stars. I saw that this one was rated at 4.8 stars… so I was intrigued. I looked at their website, and was actually happy to see there were not nail and hair services offered. I did NOT want to listen to a hairdryer or smell acetone during my massage. I highly recommend this place! The prices are competitive with what you’d find elsewhere. It is handicap accessible, and also can accommodate larger patrons (I’m not sure of another way to say it, so forgive me) with tables that expand to offer more room. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The lobby had nice décor and was clean and inviting. The locker room wasn’t overly huge, but offered storage lockers with lock and key, 2 showers, one of which was handicap accessible, a large restroom, and plenty of toiletries over by the sink (lotion, hand scrub, mouthwash with disposable cups, hair dryer, q-tips, you name it). The robes were extra soft and plush, and the slippers were good (better than most!).My massage therapist did an excellent job. I had a deep tissue, full body massage with focus on neck and shoulders. She was very nice and did an excellent job. Part of what I generally don’t like about massages elsewhere, is that I tend to get the Chatty Cathy of the bunch. But not here- she was quiet and accommodating. The crystal chandeliers above the treatment tables are a nice touch. Although I didn’t use it, the treatment room also had a shower stall in the event you would want to rinse off. After getting completely relaxed, I moved on to my second treatment, a facial. This was the first time I have ever had one. The esthetician gave me a consultation before we started, and then we proceeded to another equally extravagant treatment room for another hour of pampering. The products smelled wonderful! Like I said, it lasted another hour, complete with extractions and more massage… I know, the gluttony... After that, you are escorted to the relaxation room. It has several upholstered chaise lounges, complete with soft blankets and a scenic wall mural. I was brought a glass of water, a mimosa (secret recipe!), a few crackers and turkey salad to munch on, and left with a mini bunt cake from a well-known local bakery. I am told that this day spa has extra special snacks and goodies on some weekends, so, lucky me! There were also some prepared snacks over in the corner, as well as an assortment of coffee and teas. I could stay as long as I wanted, but knew I had to come back to reality at some point. Again, strongly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Just visited this new day spa! It was amazing. The decor is gorgeous; the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. I had the most amazing facial and massage. They escorted me to the relaxation area - huge - and brought me this wonderful banana bread with my coffee. I can't wait to go back and try everything!

Excellent decor, upbeat and friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. This is easily the best spa in the Houston metro area.

There are so many great things to say about this new spa. The spa is absolutely beautiful, with chandeliers and beautiful decor in every treatment room. I like the fact that they have a beautiful locker room to keep your belongings while you enjoy your treatment, not having to carry a purse and clothes from room to room like many other locations. It is very affordable and the staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of upcoming events that I am looking forward to attending. I highly recommend everyone checking out this new location.

Hands down best place EVER! I went for my very first facial & it was AMAZING! Everyone is so nice and welcoming & the place is gorgeous. The spa is equipped with so many great amenities, I highly recommend Heart of a Woman spa.
