Been coming here for a few month now. I've had nothing but good experiences. Staff is courteous.
Terrible place. I came for an extraction and the aesthetician was VERY rough with my face. She never asked if I was “okay” or how I was feeling. There was one nice lady in the front but all the other front desk workers are rude and judgmental. One of them kept trying to make me sign up for a membership after I said no, numerous of times. Overall, I had a better experience at my dermatologist than coming here! Never again!!! Waste of money and time!
The massage was really great. We had couples massage at 8pm. The massage therapist did not take us in until 8.15pm. We only got 50 mins of massage. What disappointed me is that when i called to make a reservation for couples massage the front desk did not mention about $10 fee each for couples massage. Basically we had to pay $20 fee for massage room which the front desk NEVER MENTIONED. I wouldnt have got the couples massage if i knew there was a fee... SO WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES. THEY WONT MENTION WHEN RESERVING.

Had a great experience with the facial massage service at this location, and will continue to seek facial treatment. My face is usually ridden with acne ,scars and also lacked brightness. Crystal is incredibly skilled and goes over and beyond to take my skin from hopeless to a polished, lively look. She is not pushy at all with store products, and will give you an honest advice as to what to look for. My scars have significantly improved! Staff is wonderful and very courteous!
