My children gave my 85 year old mother a gift certificate and she has alzheimer's and she lost it. In moving her, we found it..it expired 3 months ago (only valid for a year). They would not honor it..no good customer service. They have our $ and we have no massage!!!!!!!

I went to Day Spring Spa & Salon about 2 weeks ago, and LOVED every single thing about it. My husband bought me a gift certificate to get my hair cut/colored, a facial, massage, and pedi/mani. My hair turned out great (i've had very bad experiences in the past) and my color turned out phenominal. My facial left me with flawless skin, and I will be going back for sure!!!!
