The Telfair Supercuts is a little gem in our neighborhood. We've been customers for over a year now and have always had a great experience. It's really simple to get a time slot online or on the app. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. We go to Danielle for our little ones - she is great with kids. Overall super service, super value!
I checked in online and got appointment time of 2pm. We arrived at 1:56pm and She decided to took other customer at 1:56pm. She made us wait for 20 min. I will look for other place. Very disappointed.

The staff was nice however the cut and style were not as expected. I had to ask the hair stylist if she could please put something on my hair to tame it down. My hair ended up very frizzy and not styled well. Honestly, I could have done a better job at home. Perhaps it was the stylist I got but I would rather not spend more money here again to find out. I will be going elsewhere next time.
