went today to get my son a haircut and asked for a fade on sides. and the lady gave my son a bald fade.i was so so upset i paid and left in tears and broke down in my vehicle. never ever again will i come here.
Awful place. My husband and I went on a Saturday and were charged extra for "specalists" service. There were only 2 ladies in that day and both happen to be "master" hair stylists..
My husbands hair was shaved choppy and my long thick hair layers were cut crooked.
I used to go here all the time and am tired of the service and now this new scam.
The lady who messed my hair up and scammed us was the oldest lady who worked there.
I took my 3-year-old to get a trim, and Delia was very friendly and helpful in making my son feel comfortable for the duration of the haircut. I will definitely go here again for haircuts.
