Today was my first and last time in this place, they never attended me despite having an appointment, the owner with very bad treatment does not accept the error of his employee when giving a wrong appointment and do not offer apologies and have made me waiting for a response , more than two hours with no service and to top it off they made me feel if the responsibility was Mine and not theirs, here the customer is not respected at all. A horrible experience with the owner of the premises and the employee. I do not recomend this place.
This establishment does not even deserve one star. After scheduling me for an appointment, I not only waited 15 minutes, I was told by the stylist (after a 5 minute consultation) that she cannot take me anymore, and that her next client is already here. She asked me to reschedule for another day. Are you kidding me? This was extremely unprofessional and these stylists have no idea what they're doing. All I wanted was one color for my entire hair and the stylist was not able to comprehend what I was saying. Please. Go back to school and learn how to color hair. Super unprofessional. Never going back there again.
And instead of the manager( Greg) apologizing or acknowledging the issue. His response in all of his brilliance was " you left a tip"! Guess what, Einstein! Sometimes the damage isn't obvious until after you left the shop!

Had initial consultations and was told they can’t achieve the color which is not a problem at Beautique. The color is basic honey blond.The master was rude plus I felt like upsale was going on. Unfortunately it was waste of time for me

I'm exaggerating only slightly to make a point! Hair color is weapon in UNTRAINED hands! My hair was BURNED OFF!!
When your colorist arrives late to your appt. take that as a sign that things might not end well! Esp, when it involves hair color! Monica was late with a whole laundry list of reasons! She was totally frazzled and left the color on too long and ultimately damaged my hair!
After scheduling my mom & her friend for an appointment, we arrived there in time & 10 mins later I was told by the receptionist that they made a mistake & couldnt do both with the same stylist. I asked her if they could find another stylist and she said there was no one else that could do my friends hair for that day.. i tought it was ridiculous because i could see half the stylist wasting time washing their own hair there.... after a 30 minute talk with her the owner of the store arrived. I was shocked he didnt even provide me with a solution and gave me such a bad attitude and so disrespectful. Telling me that i was the one that made the mistake because when i called to book the appointment i didnt specify the service my mom and friend wanted. He even called me a LIAR when i told him the receptionist never asked me to specify the service. they asked me to reschedule for another day
Hair color can be a LETHAL WEAPON for careless people!
Allow me to elaborate of course I'm going to tip her since my NIGHTMARE didn't start until the following day! Imagine the HORROR of walking into Toni & Guy w/ Christie Brinkley hair and waking up as Sinead O'Connor!
