The people working there were very helpful especially the man in the lumberyard. I would give 5 Stars except the online map was absolutely and completely wrong which the lumber yard guy confirmed. He says he pays no attention to it so that's something that ought to be fixed

Most everyone here has been pretty friendly. If you need advice on tools needed, you have a 50/50 shot they know what to do. If you are a niche craftsman, you'll be better off on the forums.
Inventory is often wrong. Home Depot has much better selection online. But this is still a good hardware store if it's closer.
Every time I go to this location, I know any questions I have will be answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. My husband and I recently bought a new home, so we have allllllll the questions. Dennis in the Paint section is crazy knowledgeable and customer-oriented; he helped take out and replace items in our cart with higher-quality (and cheaper!!!) items. He also gave us tips for painting our walls that were super helpful. The employees in the flooring and lighting departments have been equally friendly and helpful; the employees at this location make home renovation a little less scary!
Manager needs to train his staff on how to provide customer service.
