I needed some anchor screws to use in brick. I waited patiently for about six or seven minutes while the employee in that section helped another customer, and when she finished I asked if she could help me. She told me she would be back as there was another customer one aisle over waiting for her. I said ok but asked if there was another employee working that section. She sounded irritated and told me there was not. After waiting 10 minutes for her to come back I walked down the ends of the aisles to look for her and she was nowhere to be found. I eventually asked another employee to page someone to help. He did but after 9 more minutes no one showed. I did receive some help from other shoppers who had watched me wait as they shopped but what they recommended was not what I was looking for. I left empty handed after 30 minutes of waiting for help.
Never buy from this store or any other locations. They deliver you used products, even when u call within their 48hr time frame, they give u hassle on returning the item. When the item was never new in first place. Will give you round and about in returning faulty merchandise BEWARE! And store manager Robert never will return any calls and customer service sucks. Asked a passing employee to check if they have inventory stock of boxes of nuts, bolts, and washers since I needed multiple bulk boxes for a big purchase. Guy looks at the upper shelves for a few seconds, then leaves saying he's going to grab a scanner tool cause I wanted to know if any other stores have any in stock. Waited 45 min at the exact same spot, only to find the guy at the self checkout area chatting away and laughing with other employees in a group when I went to the end of the aisle to check. Stood there watching for another 10 min, before I decided to just leave all the items I have on my cart and just go to Fastenal.
The assistant manager was very rude and too greedy also extremely unprofessional. i was looking for a sink set then unfortunately the set i like they only have display item available, the sales associate scan the price and it was reduce from 259 to 130. The original set in the box does not come with faucet however the display does. Then the assistant manager refuse to sell it as scanned price and argue for the price because she say it has nothing wrong with it but she was willing to reduce the faucet price from 85 to 35. When we go to the register the scanner shows again in front of everyone 130 for the sink set, then she change her mind again wants to charge me 85 for the faucet which was missing few parts. She ask in front of everyone to charge me 259 then just keep making all the nonsense statements even the associates feel so wrong about it, but apparently they are afraid of her. the assistant manager needs to receive the Customer service class again or find another job where she can't represented for a big corporation.
