I had a very good experience with them. And I highly recommend Houston Methodist Breast Care Center in Sugar Land. It was my first time to be seen here. They were very organized and had a system in place. When I phoned to schedule my mammogram, April picked up and took my information, and gave me some dates to choose from. On the day of my appointment, I quickly found the clinic (just across from the AMC theater). I was able to park in front, but there's also a parking structure on the side. It's a very nice clinic. I was helped by Kim when I checked-in. And the registrar, Lillian, was just wonderful! The waiting area was beautiful and relaxing, with coffee & tea or water to enjoy; various magazines, and wifi were also available for one's enjoyment while waiting. When I was called in, there was a dressing area and nice, clean lockers for my stuff. Oh, and the robe they provided was very nice - it was not the usual hospital gown. Lisa did a great job, and she was just an expert in conducting the mammogram test using a machine that looked brand new. They said goodbye on my way out like they were glad to have me and the other ladies there. I appreciate that! This will be my go-to for all my breast care needs.
I would give a zero if possible. This was my 1st screening at Methodist and it has been very inconvenient. They never received my past results although I signed a released. I was told to wait for the next appt. after further diagnosis, but never received any communication. The center has no direct contact for communication except for the scheduling line in which you are on hold for 10-15 minutes. Don't waste your time or jeopardize your health on this center.
