Great location & plenty of nice restaurants nearby like Salt Grass & Brick House. We like to visit Wharton 20th century technology museum & space center from Sugarland. Nice area to jog in morning. Great breakfast including wide variety of muffins, hard boil eggs, omelets, & fruits and pastries. Rooms have microwaves & good size refrigerators. Very relaxing.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and there were open bags of potato chips and dip in the cupboard, also there weren't any utensils for cooking.
I stayed here for a night when in city for work. My office is in Sugarland so the hotel was couple miles away. I chose the hotel as it was cheaper compared to other places I generally stay at.. I didn't expect much, but was really impressed how this place is maintained and managed. The hotel is really clean (no smoking anywhere), the rooms are big, spacious and so very clean and well maintained. My stay here was very comfortable and I think I will stay here from now on. The breakfast is just about ok.. pretty much same as what u would expect in other such hotels. But for the cleanliness, the spacious rooms, low machine noise in room and the staff, I highly recommend this place.
