Last 2 days I have had to work at one of the Mattress Firm locations both times after I submitted order they were at my store in 3-5 mins. All I know is that I ordered and was oh man now I have to wait and then before I could even get working on my next project they were there with my food.

So apparently the ''very fast'' advertisement did not apply on my order that was over an hour late. I didn't know they don't advertise that anymore! hmmm... I am not one to write reviews but because the management was somehow offended that I complained about the wait, I'll say their customer service sucks!!! But I'll take the sandwich!! LOL!! it wouldn't make sense to cancel the order when it gets here. Not the driver's fault, but the GM should have been a little more... understanding I guess you could say, basically it was an "oh well, you should have called and not order online."
Amazing that I have a work around since my wife keeps all the bank, credit cards. HAHAHA I can still eat out.
the subs were FREAKY fast, and it was crazy. It was also a very friendly environment from the two managers, Jamie and julian! They were the best and one of the drivers Jeremy! Highly recommend a #4 turkey tom and add sauce and oregano (cucumbers optional)... GREAT SANDWICHES!!!! New Favorite place
