I have had very good Papa Johns pizza at various outlets in Florida.
However this outlet was a disaster.
Horrible experience, the driver does not even know how to get to the proper addresses. And when you call customer service your just get hung up on. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!
I've had good papa johns pizza before. But this location is awful. Barely any cheeses on the pizza and the crust always seems thin with barely any toppings. Very Bad location.

I know it's never good when you order something expecting one thing and you get something different. But disappointment needed to be heard - so I left a comment and believe it or not the manager wrote back, apologizing and wanting to understand my expectations. That alone says a lot about a company. I was satisfied about the way management handled my situation.
Ordered and arrived about 35 minutes after told it's ready, then they say hey it's about 20 more minutes on our order, we waited ten minutes but became curious, so my dad went inside and said it should be here and the cashier says it's been ready, then rudely tells us to have a nice day after we had said we'd been waiting awhile. Then I called their number and talked to the manager and the guy on the phone says we had a busy day, we were in front of the store, almost no one came in and they were handing Straight orders somehow missing that ours is ready too. Saying being busy while standing and talking around means anything this store really should handle themselves better, try another one around or local and better pizza. Ones around my house actually know how to handle business. For the workers, try again because it's unnecessary for excuses.
Barely any toppings on the pizzas., especially meat. Tasted mostly of bread and base sauce.
Would not recommend this place.
